A veteran in the real estate business for over 30 years, Mr. Simon Kwan has made his mark in the industry after taking over his family business Heng Fatt Property in 1982. Since 1994, Simon had been instrumental as the real estate guru for famous names in the Hong Kong entertainment and show business such as Jackie Chan, Wakin Chau, Andy Lau, the late Anita Mui and Teresa Teng, handling and managing their property investments. Following his success in the real estate industry, Simon branched out into the nightlife and entertainment business since 2001.
