Mr Arthur Tay is Chairman and CEO of the SUTL Group of Companies where he actively oversees core business activities of SUTL in Singapore and throughout Asia. Under Mr Tay’s leadership, SUTL has expanded its business, focusing on three core business units in the Leisure Lifestyle industry, Consumer Goods, and Technology, with a distribution presence in more than 18 countries across Asia. Mr Tay is also the brainchild behind the distinguished ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore, a five-time winner of Best Asian Marina/Yacht Club of the Year at Asia Boating Awards since its opening in 2007.
Mr. Chan Kum Tao is Non-Executive Director of Achieva Limited. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of the SUTL Group of Companies. Before SUTL, he was Chief Financial Officer of A&P Coordinator Pte Ltd, and has held positions as Financial Controller and Internal Auditor within the Alfa Laval Group. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Charles Reed is now the Group CEO of Okkami Inc, a hospitality technology platform providing the ultimate in convenient and secure “connected travel” in a shared economy environment. From 2005 to December, 2015 Charles has been the CEO of DOCOMO interTouch. He was the architect of the merger of MagiNet, Nomadix, Azure and interTouch in 2008 to create DOCOMO interTouch, which is now one of the global market leaders and a clear number one in Asia. Charles recently led the successful exit for its shareholder NTT docomo.
Mr. Matt McGuire has spent his entire career in the advanced technology field. In 2006 Mr. McGuire co-founded JCAM Advanced Mobility with Jackie Chan in Hong Kong. JCAM focuses on identifying and marketing eco-friendly and efficient, advanced transportation technologies throughout Asia Pacific with primary attention in South Korea, China PRC, Hong Kong, and Singapore. In 2015 Mr. McGuire co-founded Phrenzi Ltd. developer of Phrenzi, a competitive customer loyalty program where customers compete against each other to earn points by purchasing items and competing tasks in order to win credit with their favorite establishment(s).
Mr. Michael Tan started his working life as a career Air Force officer for about 9 years. He then spent the ensuing 18 years in primarily the events, publishing and media circles largely in sales and marketing, business development and general management. He spent five years consulting for the media industry including the international movie and TV content sector. From 2008 to 2012, he was the COO for Leisure and Lifestyle At SUTL, a leading lifestyle and trading conglomerate. Michael currently looks out for new business initiatives to invest and grow. He is director for several companies and consults for a number too.
A veteran in the real estate business for over 30 years, Mr. Simon Kwan has made his mark in the industry after taking over his family business Heng Fatt Property in 1982. Since 1994, Simon had been instrumental as the real estate guru for famous names in the Hong Kong entertainment and show business such as Jackie Chan, Wakin Chau, Andy Lau, the late Anita Mui and Teresa Teng, handling and managing their property investments. Following his success in the real estate industry, Simon branched out into the nightlife and entertainment business since 2001.
